Junior kindergarten

We know children grow up quickly, and there is no need to rush into a traditional, academics-based kindergarten. Junior Kindergarten at Acts Academy is a kindergarten readiness program for 4 and 5-year-old students. This unique program is a step above a typical preschool program with a good balance of both academics and play-based learning, ensuring students are prepared both academically and socially for the upcoming year.

Junior Kindergarten is designed for students who turned 5 over the summer or who will turn 5 during the academic year. 

We currently offer four options for Junior Kindergarten:
  • Two half days per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday)  8:15 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Four half days per week (Monday- Thursday) 8:15 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Two full days per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) ​ 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Four fulldays per week (Monday- Thursday) 8:15 AM - 2:30 PM
